Your privacy is important to us and therefore Passion for the Planet operates by these principles:
(1) We explicitly ask you when we need information that personally identifies you ("Personal Information").
For example, Passion for the Planet asks you for your name, e-mail name and address when you register.
We use your Personal Information to better understand your requirements of your membership to the Passion for the Planet Club
and other services offered by Passion for the Planet, and we may occasionally inform you of new features, services and
products from Passion for the Planet.
(2) Passion for the Planet does not ask you to provide personal details of a
potentially sensitive nature. Passion for the Planet does not make your personal details viewable by other people.
If you join the Passion for the Planet Club then you also bound by the terms and conditions of Ecademy and as part of your
Ecademy membership, your details will be viewable by any other member or casual visitor to the Ecadmy.com site and will be
processed in accordance with their terms and conditions and privacy policy. It is your responsibility to ensure that you
read and understand the Ecademy terms and conditions and privacy policy.
(3) You MUST be 18 years old or over to join the
Passion for the Planet Club and/or attend Passion for the Planet events.
(4) Passion for the Planet will not pass or sell
your details to third parties.
(5) Personal information that you choose to provide to another web site will be subject to
the privacy policies of that web site. For example, if you follow a hyperlink from PassionforthePlanet.com to another site
(e.g., an advertiser or merchant), information you provide is subject to that site's privacy policy rather than our privacy
policy.
(6) Your personal information may be used by us to promote Passion for the Planet events, services and products that
we have available now or may choose to introduce in the future. By signing up to Passion for the Planet you are opting in
to Passion for the Planet announcements and newsletters, you can opt-out of these at any time by emailing

(7) Passion for the Planet may disclose general information about its members
(consolidated by geographic location, job title etc) but not individual personal information to third parties without the
members permission.

their movements around its website and in order to assist those users to automatically and effortlessly log in on subsequent
visits to its site.
(9) Passion for the Planet may disclose your personal information to third parties with whom it seeks to
develop or create partnerships.
(10) You may unsubscribe from Passion for the Planet at any time and upon leaving you may
demand that ALL the personal information relating to you, be deleted.

you, the user, conditioned on your acceptance without modification of these Terms of Use. Your use of this Web site

membership
Membership may not be assigned or transferred to any other person
or entity. Members must promptly inform Passion for the Planet of the following: changes in the expiration date of any
credit card used in connection with the Service; changes in home or billing address; and apparent breaches of security,
such as loss, theft, or unauthorised disclosure or use of an ID or password. Until Passion for the Planet is notified, by
e-mail at mail@PassionforthePlanet.com of a breach in security, the Member will remain liable for any unauthorised use of
the Passion for the Planet web site. Membership of Passion for the Planet may be terminated at any time, and without cause,
by either Passion for the Planet or the Member upon notification of the other by electronic or conventional mail.
Passion for the Planet will not disclose any membership contact details or content to any member who has terminated their
membership or had their membership revoked by Passion for the Planet. When a member requests termination or
Passion for the Planet revokes membership, all personal data and records will be permanently removed, members are liable
for charges incurred by them until termination of membership. Passion for the Planet reserves the right to deny in its sole
discretion any user access to the Passion for the Planet website, specific areas of the website or functionality or features
of the website, via any other method it chooses and/or revoke membership without notice at its sole discretion.Members are
responsible for providing all personal computer and communications equipment necessary to gain access to Passion for the
